At PTG Group, there is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our riders, our drivers and our staff. Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have taken extra precautions to ensure your safety, as well as our safety, and we continue to monitor and abide by the guidelines set in place by the Ministry of Health and the Government of Kenya.
Our ride-hailing and delivery services continue to function during the enforced curfew hours between 23:00 and 04:00 hours, and our drivers are still continuing to adhere to the preventative measures set in place to ensure rider and driver safety.
We have equipped over 70 vehicles with protective barriers, and we are continuing to expand on that initiative to ensure the safety of our clientele.
During the duration of the containment measures, we ordered our staff to work remotely, but now that the government has eased restrictions, our teams are returning to work to ensure optimum efficiency for our riders and drivers. We have also implemented a carpool service to accommodate the transportation needs of corporate organizations returning to work.
In addition we have started a corporate referral program to reward our loyal customers who continue to promote PTG and make sure that more organizations in Kenya choose the safest and most reliable transportation option for their workplace.
As always, PTG strives to support our local health officials as they work to contain the virus and serve our local communities. However, it is up to you and I to take steps to protect ourselves and our loved ones from contracting the virus and spreading it. In whatever you do, remember to wear a mask, sanitize and seek medical attention if you develop or display any symptoms.
