How To Use The PTG Lost Property Feature

Lost or forgot something on your trip? Here's step by step guide on how you can retrieve them. 

Step 1. Log in to the App and Select Menu. 

Step 2. Open Customer Service

Step 3. Open Lost Property

Step 4. Select your previous ride. 

Step 5. Open 'Create Request'  

Step 6. Describe your lost property. 

Step 7. Your request is being processed.
