As our clients are returning to work during the Covid-19 pandemic, we would like to inform you about the measures we have taken to protect our own staff and drivers. We have implemented the following guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our offices and visitors.
BASIC PREVENTION MEASURES
- Educate employees on preventive measures to reduce the risk of spreading COVID - 19.
- Support good hygiene practices, including by providing employees, customers and workplace visitors with a place to wash their hands
- Establish policies and practices for social distancing.
- Perform routine environmental cleaning disinfection.
WORKPLACE CONTROL
- Increased ventilation rates in the workplace.
- Reconfigured office spaces to maintain proper social distancing
- Setup barriers, such as partitions, between work spaces
- Provide masks, sanitizers along training and education on the proper use of such items.
PROCEDURES FOR PROMPT IDENTIFICATION AND ISOLATION OF EMPLOYEES
SUSPECTED OF CONTRACTING COVID 19:
- Conduct body temperature screenings as a condition to enter the workplace.
- Encourage employees to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
- Developed policies and procedures for employees to report when they are sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19
- Provide masks, sanitizers along training and education on the proper use of such items.
DRIVER PREVENTION STEPS
PTG has been operating all of our services daily throughout this period and hence did not cease operations at any point. Therefore, all of our drivers have been and will continue to sanitize their vehicles, sanitize their clients as well as wear a face mask while on duty.

In addition, we have implemented a new service to help our clients commute safely to work in a properly sanitized vehicle which allows safe social distancing called PTG Carpool Service. We recommend all of our clients to ensure that their staff is able to transport to and from work as safely as possible to prevent the spread of the virus to your workplace.
